The training in the modular program "Impact Assessment" is provided jointly by the Institute of Public Administration and Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
The program combines scientific knowledge with the analytical skills of public administration practitioners to present you with a product that combines and balances theory and practice in a well-connected system of knowledge and skills.
It is divided into the following modules:
Module 1: Impact Assessment in Public Management
Module 2: Regulatory Impact Assessment
Module 3: Rulemaking and the rulemaking process
The lecturers are representatives of the state administration, NGOs and the academic sector. The program is suitable for employees of the state administration, NGOs and the private sector, an opportunity for networking.
The first training begins in March 2017. If there are more requests and interest, training will be held in the fall.
Total duration: 4 months, mixed form of study – face-to-face and online. Study: Friday and Saturday (group and individual assignments). Successfully completed students receive a postgraduate qualification document issued by Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".
The acceptance of application documents for the modular program is carried out by Sofia University.
The documents for admission of candidates are submitted to the building of the Rectorate of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", st. 47, from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the period from 23.01.2017 to 28.02.2017.
The required documents are a copy of a diploma for completed higher education, a sample application and a CV. Tuition fee: 750 BGN.
