The recommendations and proposals for improving the overall framework of regulatory reform in Bulgaria are the key result of our successfully implemented Project "REGULATORY REFORM IN BULGARIA - FIVE YEARS OF STAGAN OR DEVELOPMENT?", financed under the Operational Program "Good Governance", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund under Procedure BG05SFOP001-2.025 for the provision of grant assistance through the selection "Increasing civil participation in the processes of implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation".
Its main goal is to serve as a guide for the bodies and administrations of the legislative and executive branches by offering specific practical solutions to the problems identified on the basis of facts and evidence, related to the poor quality of the public policies and legislation being developed in our country.
The ultimate outcome pursued by the development is to promote interaction between decision-making institutions and their administration, on the one hand, and citizens, on the other, in the development of policies and regulatory measures to achieve a more favorable regulatory environment in Bulgaria. The document is available here: RECOMMENDATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVING THE OVERALL FRAMEWORK OF REGULATORY REFORM IN BULGARIA.
